Terms of service

Effective 15 September 2026 · Grandfield Media Private Limited, Hyderabad, India

1. Who we are and what this is

Seoitz (seoitz.com) is a web application published by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you (“you”) agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. What Seoitz does

It gives you SEO tools for WordPress and other websites: audits, technical checks, on-page analysis, content and schema helpers, and guided workflows that can apply fixes to a WordPress site you connect.

3. What it does not promise

Search rankings are decided by Google, Bing and others, not by us. Nothing here is a promise of a ranking, of traffic, of indexing, or of any commercial result. Our checks reflect widely accepted practice and what we can observe of your site at the moment we look. Search engines change their behaviour without notice and disagree with each other. Treat our advice as informed guidance, not a guarantee.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep that mailbox secure — anything done under your sign-in is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

5. Plans and payment

Free, Starter and Pro. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel. The full price is shown before you pay. There are no credits, no packs, no metered charges and no add-ons — the monthly plan price is the only thing you pay. Tax is added where it applies; GST will appear on invoices once our GST registration is in force.

6. Plan limits

Each plan has a daily limit on checks that our servers perform for you, and ceilings on crawl size and bulk operations. The current numbers are on the pricing page and on your Usage page. Text tools and generators run in your browser and never count. We may apply reasonable protections against use that threatens the service for everyone.

7. Sites you check

You may only run checks and crawls against websites you own, or that you are authorised to analyse. You are responsible for that authorisation. Our crawler identifies itself, respects robots.txt and limits its own rate, but permission is still yours to hold.

8. Connecting a WordPress site

When you connect a site and approve a fix, we make that change to your live website using the credentials you supplied. You confirm you are entitled to change that site. Every change is logged with its previous value and can be undone from inside Seoitz, and we recommend you keep your own backups regardless. Review what a workflow proposes before you approve it — you are responsible for what goes live on your site.

9. Your content

Your websites, your text and your data remain yours. We claim no rights over them. We use them only to provide the service to you, as set out in the privacy policy.

10. Acceptable use

No unlawful purpose. No attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service or its limits. No using Seoitz to attack, scrape abusively or map sites you have no right to. No reselling the service as your own without a written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that does these things, and will tell you why.

11. Availability

We work to keep Seoitz available and we tell the truth when it is not, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on other people's systems — your WordPress site, search engines, public registries — which can change or fail outside our control.

12. Ending it

You may cancel at any time from Billing, or ask us to delete your account entirely. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms; where we do, we refund any unused paid period.

13. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes, and we email you before a material change applies to you. Continuing to use Seoitz after that means you accept it.

15. Law

Indian law governs these terms. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
