Delivery and activation

Nothing is shipped

Seoitz is software you use in a web browser. There is no physical product, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. This page exists because payment providers ask every business to state its delivery terms plainly.

When you get access

Immediately. Your workspace exists the moment you sign in with your email address, and the Free plan's tools work straight away. There is no waiting list and no manual approval.

When a paid plan starts

The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. If it has not switched over within a few minutes, it will do so by itself when the payment notification reaches us. If it still has not, write to seoitz@grandfieldmedia.com and we will activate it by hand.

Invoices

An invoice for every payment appears under Billing → Invoices as a PDF, straight after the payment. It carries our company details and the invoice number you would quote to us.

Where it works

Anywhere with a browser and an internet connection. The interface is in English and prices are charged in Indian rupees.

What you get back from a tool

Results appear in the page as soon as the check finishes. Where a tool produces a file, it is generated on your own machine and downloaded straight from the browser.
