Cancel from inside the app
Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. That is the whole process — no call, no form, no notice period, no asking us for permission.
What happens next
Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the workspace returns to Free, with your sites, history and settings intact. You are not charged again. Anything that was only on a paid plan simply stops being available; nothing is deleted.
Renewal is never a surprise
The Billing page shows your next renewal date at all times, and every charge produces an invoice under Billing → Invoices. We do not rely on you forgetting.
Deleting your account
Cancelling ends the payments; it does not erase you. To have the account and its data deleted, write to seoitz@grandfieldmedia.com from the address you sign in with. We remove your workspace, your WordPress connections and their stored credentials. Invoices are kept for the period tax law requires.
Disconnecting a site
You can disconnect a WordPress site at any time from Sites, with or without cancelling. The stored credentials are deleted when you do. Changes Seoitz already made to that site stay as they are unless you undo them first.
